The grad fair is your chance to recruit undergraduate students. Representatives from graduate programs will be provided tables (with electricity) from where you can provide information to potential students regarding programs, financial aid, coursework, qualifying exams, student life, and benefits. The cost of the table is $400, you may have any number of people recruiting during the graduate fair, but attendance of the technical conference will require separate registration. For Industrial Recruiters and Participants
The industrial reception is your chance to undergraduate and graduate students from the region. The reception will occur in parallel to the Graduate Fair and will consist of a panel of industrial participants able to ask questions of potential applicants. Companies can purchase tables (with electricity) for the purposes of recruiting as well; register here for your recruiter's table or e-mail the local organizer if you wish to volunteer a representative to act.
