Registration

Please register online through the APS registration site. The early registration period will end on October 2 2015. After which time, registration fees will increase.

Early Registration Fees for the technical conference are:

Regular Participant: $60
Non-Member Participant: $80
Graduate Students/Postdocs: $40
Undergraduate Students:$20
Retired: $20

These prices do not include the dinner program on Saturday Oct 24th.

If you are an undergraduate or graduate student and not yet a member of APS, it may be free to join.* Please join at APS.org before registering for the meeting. Joining APS has many benefits, including a subscription to Physics Today. Be sure to tick the box for the Mid-Atlantic Section!

If you are not a member of APS and still wish to submit an abstract, the abstract submission site will be open in early September 2015.

*Students may be able to join APS for one year free! Note: Students in North America are eligible for a first time free trial membership. It’s not available to those who have already been a member (and/or already used their trial membership).
